It's Christmas Eve and Santa is coming. Prepare the house for his arrival. Surely there is nothing scary about a jolly intruder in the night and things should play out normally.

This game was made in 2-3 weeks as a personal challenge to make a holiday themed game starting on December 1 and completing development before the holidays. Enjoy!

Please let me know if you encounter any issues! Due to the short development window and hectic holiday season it is very possible I accidentally overlooked some bugs.

A great game, well programmed and worth playing. Give it a try!

Hello JoeTheItchPro,
I make games on ROBLOX as a newbie and stumbled across your game GO TO BED. I was wondering can I try and recreate this game on ROBLOX STUDIO? This would give me a better idea at game making and scripting since I would do this alone. I would give you credits for the main idea. Thank you.

Thanks for giving it a play! Nice video too. I appreciate you going for the other ending!

No problem! It was very fun game! keep it up man!

I would prefer Santa not to come, when he's a monster killer, but it was actually fun. I expected something like running from the false Santa and having to use the toys as some kind of defense, when the killer runs over them. That would have made it harder to decide which to choose, when you want to get past them as Santa, but don't want the killer to get past them easily too. Maybe that's an idea for a sequel? ;)

That is an interesting idea! I didn't want the player to be too aware of a possible twist, but I can see a future game using the idea you described. Thanks for playing!

Awesome game!

Thanks for checking it out and making a video!

This game FAR exceeded my expectations. I was not ready for that twist ending lol. AWESOME!

Glad you liked it! I enjoyed your video too. You had great energy. Keep it up!

Awesome third house experience

Thanks! I liked your video as well.

Damn, this was strange but pretty enjoyable! The main part of the game  was pretty interesting, and makes you wonder how it's even a horror game, then the twist came and spiced things up! The font change was pretty neat (also i think the main font and color was pretty bad lol).  the twist was pretty solid. The impostor reminded me quite a bit of analog horror, especially The Mandela Catalogue, which is by no means bad, even though i personally find it very overdone and don't like the trope very much. The child jumpscare was pretty funny too!

Thanks for checking it out! I agree that the Christmas font is kinda ugly (it's hard to get those colors to look nice haha). Was definitely inspired by TMC for the look, even though it is a shadowy figure and not a shapeshifting creature. I also agree the child looks dopey haha. It was partially meant to be a bit silly to have the shift in tone during the twist be more prominent. Thanks again for playing!

Loved it. At first it was a pretty basic little game that resembled several other Christmas Horror games on Itch and then the final act happened. I loved the Twist. Well done!

Thanks much! I definitely wanted it to have a unique/unforeseen spin to it.  I liked watching your gameplay too!

amazing great job

I appreciate it! Thanks for playing!

spooky

Thanks for giving it a try!

I did not expect this to get super dark! Just straight diabolical!

The game is definitely a masterpiece. It started off as a challenge to me. You did an amazing job with allowing the player to get immersed in the atmosphere and set up goals. From the house 1 till the end, it felt light, interesting and even the failure didn't prepare me for that "final confrontation", which I think is an absolute solid plot twist. Fantastic job on the game.

All the best to you with the future projects! Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much! This is probably one of the kindest reviews of a game I've ever received. I enjoyed watching your gameplay and your comments in the video as well. Thanks for playing and doing a video!

Ho ho how fun! I like the rubber ducky sounds. Such a pretty tree and freshest yule log. Great psychology tricking the player, too. BEST. Oh! And my favorite cookies are cindermen.

Haha glad you enjoyed! Getting all the sounds together was a personal favorite part of development.
